Right of Withdrawal (Voluntary)

You have the right to withdraw from our contracts within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; in no event will you incur any fees for such reimbursement.
