Our Students' Feedback
I decided to stay in Japan and take a language course because it helps immensely to have Japanese all around you. When I get up, I watch Japanese news, at school I talk to my friends in Japanese and in the evening I order my food in Japanese. All of this was impossible for me in Germany, so I decided to take a working holiday at ISI. The Nipponcademy team made all the arrangements for me, got me an apartment and even helped me sign my cell phone contract, but first things first!
When I arrived at my accommodation in Tokyo, I was warmly welcomed by the people at the language school, with whom I was able to speak English without any problems.
I immediately had the feeling that I was being looked after and was not left alone with any problems.
My new flatmates were super nice and showed me how to use the kitchen, which admittedly took some getting used to, as soon as I arrived.
Cooking in Japan was a bit different from cooking in Germany! The language course started a few days later. Unfortunately, I had no previous knowledge, but that was no problem at all.
