Our Students' Feedback
I had always wanted to do a work and travel year abroad in Japan and planned a year for it after my A-levels. I chose the ILA because I wanted to get away from mainstream tourism and was looking for a city that wasn't at the top of the list in every travel guide. I hadn't been to Kobe before, but as soon as I arrived I noticed how super clean the city was.
I actually wanted to study in Nagano, but as the courses for beginners there don't start in January, I decided to go to Kobe instead. The language school made a super professional impression and I really enjoyed the lessons. I particularly liked the fact that there are not so many students from Europe at the school, so I was able to broaden my horizons and get to know people from other countries around the world with whom you would otherwise have less contact.
