Everyday-life at NIA
NIA is the largest school in the city, offering ample opportunities to make new friends from the outset. Students often engage in various activities together after class and on weekends. Because of Nagoya's central location, we particularly recommend this school to those who wish to explore Japan extensively within a short period.
Our Students' Feedback
I only wanted to fly to Japan for 3 weeks and decided to live in a not so big metropolis like Tokyo. Getting to Nagoya was easy because the city has a large international airport and it is possible to fly directly to Nagoya. Since I had already studied Japanese at an online language school, the lessons were more of a repetition for me, but due to the everyday life in Japan, I was able to learn much more in the 3 weeks in Japan than in a whole year in Austria.
I chose the NIA because I wanted to live in a big city. Tokyo was actually my number one choice, but living there is relatively expensive, which is why I opted for something smaller. The lessons at the NIA were very well structured. I studied a lot at home every day, but my efforts were worth it because I passed the Jlpt N4 after just six months. I already miss my friends in Nagoya and would choose to stay there again at any time.
